Return Policy – TEN Four Auto Klerksdorp Last updated: 30 September 2026. At TEN Four Auto, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for vehicle accessories and non-vehicle merchandise. The 7 days starts from the date of collection / delivery.

2. Used Vehicles
All used vehicles are sold voetstoots in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. All vehicles are available for physical inspection, viewing and test drive at our premises in Klerksdorp, North West before purchase. We encourage all buyers to inspect vehicles before signing the Offer to Purchase (OTP). No returns are encouraged on vehicles, but any approved return within 7 days is subject to conditions below.

3. Return Method
Returns are Return to Store / In-Store Only at TEN Four Auto, Klerksdorp. We do not accept returns by a 3rd party for vehicles. Customer must bring vehicle back to our premises in the same condition as with delivery.

4. Restocking Fee
All approved returns will incur a 5% restocking fee based on the vehicle price to cover administration, cleaning, and re-listing costs. Currency: ZAR.

5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned vehicle.

6. Conditions for Return
